Video Content Policy & Terms of Use of our content
1. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all video content, including but not limited to visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, computer code, products, software, services, and all other elements of the Video Materials provided by Niggatech owner of ANP-A Negros productions are protected by intellectual property and proprietary rights.
All Video Materials are the property of the Company or its third-party licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our video content unless expressly authorized in writing by an officer of the Company.
2. Limited License to View
The Company grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and view the videos for personal, non-commercial use only. Under this license, you may not:
Use the videos for any commercial purpose or public display.
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the video player or delivery system.
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
"Mirror" the materials on any other server or social media platform without proper attribution and prior consent.
3. User-Generated Video Submissions
If you upload or submit video content to our platform ("User Content"), you hereby grant the Company a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, and sub-licensable right to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content.
Warranties: You represent and warrant that you own the rights to any User Content submitted and that the content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, or contract rights of any third party.
4. Prohibited Content and Conduct
When engaging with our video services, users are strictly prohibited from:
Circumventing digital rights management (DRM) or geo-blocking measures.
Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to download video data.
Uploading video content that is defamatory, obscene, or promotes illegal activities.
5. Limitation of Liability
The videos are provided on an "as is" basis. The Company makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the video materials, even if the Company has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Any claim relating to the Company’s video content shall be governed by the laws of Sewden without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Jönköping, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
